Here’s how to make a Blushing Betty at home.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Bourbon
- 30 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 7.5 ml Sugar Syrup (2:1)
- Half grapefruit wheel to garnish
Method
Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish with half a grapefruit wheel.
