I’ve been listening to Kendrick Lamar’s new album heaps since it came out and this one lyric really stood out to me, so I decided to turn it into a cocktail. Turned out damn delicious.
“Pass the gin, I mix it with American blood
Then bash him in”
Here’s how to make The XXX at home.
Ingredients
- 30 ml gin
- 1 lime, sliced
- Ground black pepper
- Dash of hot sauce
- Blood orange soda
Method
Muddle gin, lime slices, pepper and hot sauce in the bottom of your glass. Add in some ice and give it a stir to disperse mixture. Top with blood orange soda and garnish with an extra grind of pepper.
