This Negroni variation uses Dutch Old Genever and Dutch Vermouth as well as a slightly different ratio of ingredients than the traditional 1:1:1, upweighting the presence of the genever.
Here’s how to make a Dutch Negroni #2 at home.
- 60 ml By The Dutch Old Genever
- 37.5 ml Campari
- 22.5 ml Willem’s Wermoed Vermouth
- Orange twist to garnish
Stir all ingredients with ice for around 20 – 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with a twist of orange, making sure to express the oils before dropping it in.
