Gin and Campari is combined with fresh grapefruit juice and tonic water in this delicious twist on the classic Negroni.

Here’s how to make a Parma Negroni at home.


  • 30 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Campari
  • 30 ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 15 ml Sugar Syrup (2:1)
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Tonic Water to top
  • 2 half orange wheels to garnish


Shake the first five ingredients together over ice and strain into a ice filled Collins glass. Top with tonic water and garnish with a couple slices of orange.
