Tropical, refreshing and cute as a button. The Little Miss Sunshine is one of my original cocktails using the delicious 42 Below Feijoa Vodka as a backbone.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml 42 Below Feijoa Vodka
  • 50 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 50 ml Ginger Beer
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Lemon wheel and mint to garnish

Method

Fill a short glass with ice and add the feijoa vodka, pineapple juice and ginger beer. Give it a quick stir and float the Angostura bitters on the top. Garnish with a lemon wheel and some fresh mint.
