After a weekend spent binge-watching all three seasons of the Mighty Boosh, I had to make a flirtini just the way Vince orders one in episode five of season two.
Vince: “It’s a kind of champagne cocktail with pineapple in it and a little twist of lime.”
Here’s how to make a Mighty Boosh Flirtini at home.
Ingredients
- 22.5 ml Vodka
- 22.5 ml Cointreau
- 60 ml Pineapple Juice
- Squeeze of Lime
- Champagne or Prosecco to top
- Lime twist to garnish
Method
Add the first four ingredients to a shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a champagne flute or coupe glass. Top with champagne, prosecco or some other sparkling wine and garnish with a lime twist.
