The legends @jameson_nz were kind enough to send me a bottle of Jameson Cask Mates and a couple @garageproject brews to play with. They call this one the Cask & Pale and it’s not half bad. I like to think of it as a grown up’s shandy.
Here’s how to make a Cask & Pale at home.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Jameson cask mates
- 60 ml traditional lemonade
- 60 ml @garageproject Garagista IPA (or your favourite IPA)
Method
Fill a short glass with ice and add the whisky, lemonade and beer. Give it a stir and garnish with a slice of lemon.
