Two types of rum, juice, a whole lot of crushed ice and a flaming passionfruit half. You’re going to love this over the top tiki-style, swizzle cocktail.
- 45 ml Stolen Smoked Rum
- 20 ml Dark Rum
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Passionfruit Syrup
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- Pineapple Wedges and Passionfruit Pulp to garnish
- Added garnish – a hollowed out Passionfruit half
- 15 ml Overproof Rum
- Nutmeg Sprinkle
Blend the first five ingredients together with crushed ice for 5 seconds. Pour into a chilled swizzle cup or other metal cup. Top with a little more crushed ice and garnish with pineapple wedge and passionfruit pulp.
OPTIONAL: Keep a hollowed out passionfruit half and fill with overproof rum. Carefully light with a BBQ lighter and sprinkle with nutmeg to bring it to life.
Always be careful with fire. The alcohol fire is almost impossible to see by itself but the nutmeg will make it spark up slightly. Make sure the fire is out before you drink the drink.
