Cask & Dark

@jameson_nz, ginger beer and @garageproject stout – a surprisingly good combination and my definite favourite out of #CaskmatesDarkOrPale

Here’s how to make a Cask & Dark at home.

Ingredients

• 30 ml Jameson Caskmates
• 60 ml ginger beer
• 60 ml @garageproject Aro Noir Stout (or your favourite stout)

Method

Fill a rocks glass with ice and build the drink by adding each ingredient one by one. Garnish with a couple slices of lime.
