Weekends are for White Ladies decorated with edible flowers. Put a little spin on this classic cocktail by swapping out the triple sec for Grand Marnier.

Here’s how to make a White Lady at home.


  • 45 ml gin
  • 22.5 ml (3/4 shot) Grand Marnier
  • 22.5 ml (3/4 shot) fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml sugar syrup (2:1)
  • 15 ml egg white


Shake all ingredients together over ice and then strain back into your shaker for a dry shake (without ice). Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an edible flower or a lemon twist if you’re feeling more traditional.
