Ingredients

• 60 ml gin
• 30 ml cold water
• 3 dashes angostura bitters
• Barspoon of sugar syrup
• Lemon peel garnish

Method

Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
