This is one of my favourite original cocktails. It got its name because it stings the begin with but for some reason you keep wanting more.
Here’s how to make a Bitch Slap at home.
- 30 ml of dark rum
- 2 dashes chilli sauce
- 22.5 ml lime juice
- 30 ml cranberry juice
- 75 ml pineapple juice
- Pinch of salt
Add the rum and chilli sauce to the base of your shaker and stir to combine. Add all remaining ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into a ice filled short glass and garnish with a slice of lime.
