I first saw this wee recipe on @quickbrownfoxcoffeeliqueur‘s page. Enchanted from the moment I saw the ingredient ‘peanut butter milk’.

Here’s how to make a Peanut Butter White Russian at home.


  • 30 ml coffee liqueur
  • 30 ml vodka
  • 30 ml peanut butter milk (1 part smooth PB, 2 parts water, blended)
  • 1 egg white
  • Cocoa to garnish


Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake over ice. Strain back into your shake and shake again without ice (this is called a reverse dry shake. Will make your cocktail extra fluffy). Strain into a chilled coupe and dust with a little bit of cocoa powder.
