Wasabi and gin. Two things that sound like they should never come into contact but actually work remarkably well together. Pick yourself up a bottle of Sacred Spring Wasabi Strength Gin and make yourself one of these immediately.
Here’s how to make a Wasabi Gin Fizz at home.
- 3 slices of Cucumber
- 8 Mint Leaves
- Pinch of Salt
- 60 ml Sacred Spring Wasabi Strength Gin
- 22.5 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Sugar Syrup (2:1)
- Soda Water to top
- Cucumber, Lime & Mint to garnish
Muddle the cucumber pieces in the base of a shaker. Add the next five ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice and top with soda. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon, lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
