A modern take on the French classic, the Kea Royale, this very Kiwi Cocktail pairs feijoa liqueur and sparkling wine for one delicious drink.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Feijoa Liqueur
  • Sparkling Wine to top
  • Whole feijoa to garnish

Method

Add the feijoa liqueur to the bottom of a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a sliced feijoa.
