Mojitos are magical. This delicious variation includes blueberries, which makes for a drink that not only tastes good but looks interesting too!
Here’s how to make a Blueberry Mojito at home.
- 8 Blueberries
- 8 mint leaves
- 30 ml Lime Juice
- 2 tsps White Sugar
- 60 ml White Rum
- Soda water to top
- Mint, blueberries and lime slices to garnish
Add the blueberries, mint, lime juice and sugar to a glass and muddle together. Be gentle – you only want to ‘bruise’ the mint rather than mash it. Add the rum and then fill the glass with ice. Give it a quick stir and then top with soda water. Garnish with a few mint leaves, extra blueberries and a slice of lime.
