This cocktail was inspired by Anderson .Paak’s new single ‘Bubblin’.
Here’s how to make a Bubblin at home.
- 15 ml Gin
- 8 Basil Leaves
- 10 ml Lime
- 10 ml Sugar Syrup
- Champagne or Prosecco to top (I prefer Prosecco)
Add the gin and basil leaves to the base of your shaker and muddle. Then add the lime and sugar syrup and shake over ice. Strain into a coupe or champagne flute and top with champagne or prosecco.
