The classic French 75 gets a very pink twist in this original from yours truly.
Here’s how to make a Rosé 75 at home.
- 45 ml Gin
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 1 ½ level teaspoons of powdered sugar
- 75 ml sparkling rosé
- Strawberry slice to garnish
Stir the lemon juice and powdered sugar in the base of your shaker to combine. Add the gin and shake over ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling rosé. Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
