This cocktail is like a big, boozy tropical slushy. Plus, you can light it on fire which makes it even more exciting.
Ingredients
- 60 ml White Rum
- 60 ml Dark Rum
- 60 ml Lime Juice
- 60 ml Orange Juice
- 60 ml Grapefruit Juice
- 60 ml Passionfruit Syrup
- 5 ml Honey Syrup
- 15 ml Soda Water
- 3 dashes Orange Bitters
- Half Passionfruit or Lime filled with Overproof Rum to garnish
Blend all ingredients with crushed ice for 5 seconds. Transfer to your tiki mug or large glass and top with half a passionfruit or lime. Fill your chosen garnish with overproof rum and light carefully. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon if you want to see the flame come to life 🔥
