If you like tiny little Piña Coladas and delicious craft beers, this one is for you.
One of my dreams is to make mixed shots fun again and do my bit to remove the trashy stigma currently associated with them. I also love boilermakers, so here is a mish-mash of those two things together. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 12.5 ml White Rum
- 12.5 ml Pineapple Juice
- 5 ml Coconut Cream
- Desiccated coconut to garnish
- Pint / can / bottle of Tropical Craft Beer
Method
Coat the rim of your shot glass with a little bit of sugar syrup and coat with coconut. Shake the rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream over ice and strain into your rimmed shot glass.
Crack open your beer. Pour it into a glass or drink it straight out of the bottle or can – up to you.
Take the Mini Piña Colada as a shot and follow that immediately with your beer to wash it down. Then drink the beer at whatever speed you want but do so responsibly!
