What happens when you mix dark rum, absinthe and citrus together in a cocktail? You get a damn delicious tiki drink.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Dark Rum
  • 15 ml Absinthe
  • 60 ml Lime Juice
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Grenadine
  • 90 ml Soda Water
  • Lemon and lime wheel to garnish

Method

Shake all ingredients except the soda water together over ice. Strain into a half coconut or tall glass filled with crushed ice. Top with the soda water and garnish with a lemon and a lime wheel as well as a cocktail umbrella if you’ve got one.
