Happy Valentine’s Day team! To celebrate, I made an original cocktail for my love @victoria.makes using a bunch of her favourite flavours.
Vic has been such a massive support for everything @clinkclinkdrink related. She helps me take photos almost every weekend, is the perfect sounding board for my weird ideas, constantly pushes me to think bigger and it goes without saying, she always there to drink the cocktails.
Here’s how to make a Victoria My Valentine at home.
Ingredients
- 60 ml gin
- 15 ml sloe gin
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 3 strawberries
- 2 basil leaves
Method
Muddle the strawberries and basil leaves in the base of your shaker. Add the gin, sloe gin, lemon juice and simple syrup and shake over ice. Fine strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a slice of dehydrated lemon and a basil leaf.
