I love tequila. One of my favourite tequila cocktails is called a Nautilus, which combines tequila with cranberry juice, lime and sugar. I wanted to create an over the top, boozy, tiki version on this drink and landed on this recipe. I hope you like it as much as I do!

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Reposado Tequila
  • 45 ml Blanco Tequila
  • 90 ml Cranberry Juice
  • 45 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 30 ml Lime Juice
  • 20 ml Falernum
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pineapple, Lime & Mint to garnish

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a tiki mug filled with cracked ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge, a lime wedge and a nice big bunch of mint.
