This is a twist on the classic French 75, using an incredible rhubarb gin.
Here’s how to make a Rhubarb 75 at home.
- 45 ml Blush Rhubarb Gin
- 4 – 5 small slices of Rhubarb
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 1.5 tsp Powdered Sugar
- Champagne or Sparkling Wine to top
Stir the lemon juice and powdered sugar together in a cocktail shaker to combine. Add the slices of rhubarb and muddle. Then add the gin and shake over ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with a rhubarb ribbon.
