I put a contemporary twist on the classic Jameson & Ginger Ale for the August 2018 Home Bar Awards.
Here’s how to make The New Jameson & Ginger at home.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Jameson Whiskey
- 30 ml Lime Juice
- 22.5 ml Ginger Sugar Syrup (2:1)
- Lime twist to garnish
Method
Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass and garnish with a lime twist.
