Inspired by the classic Ti Punch of Martinique, this original recipe pairs a hearty dose of gin with the juice and oils of grapefruit.

Here’s how to make a G Punch at home.


  • 45 ml Gin
  • 7.5 ml sugar syrup (1:1)
  • Small squeeze of grapefruit juice
  • Grapefruit coin to garnish


Add the gin, sugar syrup and squeeze of grapefruit juice to a rocks glass. Then squeeze the grapefruit coin and drop it in too. Stir to combine. Add a large ice cube or enjoy this one neat – whatever you prefer.
