Happy International Gin and Tonic Day everybody! Whether you plan on having a classic gin and tonic or a spicy little variation, don’t forget to raise your glass to celebrate this special day.
Here’s how to make a Turbo Gin & Tonic at home.
Ingredients
- 45 ml gin
- 20 ml cold brew concentrate
- Tonic water to top
- Lemon twist to garnish
Method
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the gin and top with tonic but leave about a centimeter off from the top of the glass. Slowly pour over the cold brew concentrate for the best visual effect. Garnish with a lemon twist.
