This is my favourite version – it pairs cold brew coffee with the usual tonic and gin. Sounds weird but the flavours compliment each other beautifully!
Happy International Gin and Tonic Day everybody! Whether you plan on having a classic gin and tonic or a spicy little variation, don’t forget to raise your glass to celebrate this special day.
Here’s how to make a Turbo Gin & Tonic at home.
- 45 ml gin
- 20 ml cold brew concentrate
- Tonic water to top
- Lemon twist to garnish
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the gin and top with tonic but leave about a centimeter off from the top of the glass. Slowly pour over the cold brew concentrate for the best visual effect. Garnish with a lemon twist.
