Here’s how to make a Tom Collins at home.
Ingredients
- 35 ml gin
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- Club soda, to top
- Lemon wheel garnish
Method
Shake gin, lemon juice and simple syrup over ice. Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel.
