Sometimes mistakes are delicious. That is certainly the case with this negroni variation, created on accident by a bartender who reached for sparkling wine instead of gin.
Here’s how to make a Negroni Sbagliato at home.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Campari
- 30 ml sweet vermouth
- 60 ml champagne or other sparkling wine
- Orange slice garnish
Method
Add all ingredients to an ice filled glass and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a slice of orange.
