Here’s how to make a Pomegranate Basil Margarita at home.
- 45 ml reposado tequila
- 30 ml pomegranate juice
- 15 ml simple syrup (1:1)
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 3 basil leaves
- Basil and lime to garnish & a black salt rim
Rim your empty glass with black salt or whatever salt you’ve got lying around. Shake up all other ingredients with ice and strain into your salt rimmed glass, filled with fresh ice. Garnish with some fresh basil leaves and slices of lime.
