Here’s how to make a Pomegranate & Rosemary Navy Gin Fizz at home.
Ingredients
- 45 ml @elephantgin Elephant Strength (you can use your favourite gin or navy gin)
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml rosemary simple syrup (1:1)
- 30 ml pomegranate juice
- Soda to top
- Rosemary and pomegranate jewels to garnish
Method
Shake first four ingredients together over ice and strain into an ice filled short glass. Top with soda and garnish with some rosemary and a bunch of pomegranate jewels.
