The love child of an Espresso Martini and a delicious Scotch Whisky.
Here’s how to make an Extra Espresso at home.
- 50 ml Chivas Extra
- 35 ml Coffee Liqueur
- 25 ml Espresso
- 5 ml Sugar Syrup (2:1)
- 3 Coffee Beans to garnish
Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
If you can’t make your own espresso at home, try subbing in cold brew coffee concentrate. You can buy this off the shelf or make it at home easily with a coffee plunger/french press.
