Espresso Martinis are old news. Espresso Daiquiris are where it’s at – three ingredients and no coffee liqueur needed!
Here’s how to make a Espresso Daiquiri at home.
- 60 ml White Rum
- 50 ml Espresso
- 15 ml Sugar Syrup (2:1)
- Three coffee beans to garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake over ice. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
If you can’t make your own espresso at home, try subbing in cold brew coffee concentrate. You can buy this off the shelf or make it at home easily with a coffee plunger/french press.
