I love tequila. One of my favourite tequila cocktails is called a Nautilus, which combines tequila with cranberry juice, lime and sugar. I wanted to create an over the top, boozy, tiki version on this drink and landed on this recipe. I hope you like it as much as I do!

Rye & Lime

My mates at @thomsonwhisky kindly sent me a bottle of their new White Rye. I sipped this straight, which is what I do with every new liquor I try before making a custom cocktail, and it’s like nothing I’ve ever tasted before. I got hints burnt sugar and tobacco but with the clean aftertaste you’d expect…
